We partner with Onward as our shipping protection service. When you include Onward protection in your order, your shipment is protected against issues that can occur in transit, including damaged items as well as stolen or lost packages. Onward protection costs 2.5% of your order total, a small fee to guarantee your order arrives intact!
When you view your shopping cart on our website, you will notice Onward shipping protection has been added to your cart. You may remove this protection from your cart, thereby waiving shipping insurance. If you keep Onward shipping protection as part of your order, and believe your package is lost/stolen or any of your items arrive damaged, simply navigate to the email sent by Onward after you placed your order. From there, you can file a claim via the Onward website. If you’ve already filed a claim and have questions or issues for the Onward team, you can reach them at help@useonward.com. If you choose to waive Onward shipping protection and your package is damaged or lost in transit, you can reach out to us here. We will do our best to assist, although we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to recover your package once it is passed off to our shipping partner.
