We offer free returns at a Happy Returns Return Bar location near you—no label or packaging necessary, simply choose the Happy Returns Return Bar when initiating the return. You just provide the emailed QR code when you arrive at the Return Bar and you'll be refunded immediately. The staff will handle the return from there.
If you would prefer to ship your return, we offer shipping labels with a processing fee (which will be deducted from your refunded balance). After printing your return shipping label, place the garment in the packaging you received it in (including the bottom portion of the original packing slip) and send it back to us. You will receive your refund (with the processing fee deducted) and a confirmation once the package is in transit.
Our return policy does not cover:
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase. Please note any items in your bag marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
- Damage caused by accidents or ordinary wear and tear
- Opened and/or worn underwear (except for your first pair)
- Purchases from third-party retailers such as Nordstrom
- Our backpacks and weekender bags are not included in the free return policy. When returning these items, you will be prompted to create a label, which will cost a small fee, deducted from your refund.
Please be aware that returns in the "started" status that have yet to be dropped off at a Happy Returns Bar or shipped within 30 days will automatically expire.
